Your Safety is My Priority

Being a PT patient can be a vulnerable thing: you’re trusting me to care for your body and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Having been an injured patient myself, I know how crucial it is to feel safe and seen in PT appointments. I welcome patients of all genders and I prioritize discreet, private, communicative sessions.
I know that safety can be especially important for my patients working in pelvic health rehabilitation. Pelvic PT addresses an intimate area of the body, and it’s vitally important to me that you feel safe at all times. Our sessions can include internal exams or manual therapies, but this is by no means a requirement. Before any session begins, we’ll establish your boundaries and discuss how I can best help you to heal within your comfort zone. I’ll guide you and follow your instincts, knowing that no question is too small, too embarrassing, or too silly to ask.
