Meet Our Team
Located in Brooklyn's vibrant DUMBO area, Empower Physical Therapy provides exceptional one-on-one care that addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction, not just the symptoms.
Our approach is fundamentally different: we spend the entire physical therapy session focused solely on you, taking time to listen deeply to your concerns and understand how they affect your daily life. We examine how your entire body works as an integrated system to identify the source of your discomfort.
Then, we get moving! Rather than relying solely on passive treatments, we make sure you are an active participant in your care, providing personalized exercises and training that empowers you to maintain progress long after your sessions end.
Our team specializes in both pelvic health and orthopedic conditions, and we pride ourselves on cultivating a welcoming and understanding environment for people of all genders, cultures, sexual orientations, and body types. Whether you're dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, recovering from an injury, or seeking to improve your movement for athletic or daily activities, our personalized approach helps you reclaim control of your life and well-being.
