Pelvic Health Intentions for 2025

Hi everyone! Welcome back to the vlog. Today, we’re talking about something I think is really helpful—setting intentions. And don’t worry, I’m not talking about resolutions or any of that “new year, new you” nonsense. You are already enough as you are. Setting intentions is about checking in with yourself and planting little seeds for growth and wellness, all while celebrating the amazing person you already are.

So, let’s get started! Here are three pelvic health-related intentions you might consider for 2025. Feel free to make them your own or let them inspire you to create something personal that resonates with where you are right now.

1. "I will check in with my body and honor what it needs."

This intention focuses on tuning into your body with awareness and compassion. Your pelvic floor is an integral part of your body—it deserves your attention and care, just like any other part of you. Maybe that means taking a few moments each day to notice your breath and how it feels in your belly and pelvis. Or maybe it’s about paying attention to how your body responds during movement or rest. This intention isn’t about fixing anything; it’s about listening and honoring what you hear.

2. "I will explore movement that feels good and empowers me."

Movement is a wonderful way to connect with your body, and it’s especially important for pelvic health. This doesn’t mean signing up for a marathon or forcing yourself into a workout you don’t enjoy. Instead, it’s about finding what feels good for you. Maybe it’s a walk, a yoga class, strength training, or even dancing in your living room. Strength training, in particular, can be incredibly empowering as it builds resilience and confidence while supporting your pelvic health. Let it be something that brings you joy, because joyful and empowering movement is where the magic happens for both your physical and mental health.

3. "I will make time for small, intentional acts of self-care."

Self-care doesn’t have to mean an elaborate spa day (though if that’s your thing, go for it!). For pelvic health, it might look like a warm bath, using a breathing technique that helps you relax, or even just sitting down for a few uninterrupted minutes with a good book. The key is to let those moments of care be intentional—a way of saying to yourself, “I am worth this time and attention.”

As you think about your own intentions, remember that small, consistent steps add up over time. None of these have to be big or overwhelming—they’re just gentle reminders to prioritize your well-being in a way that feels meaningful and supportive to you.

I’d love to hear what intentions you’re setting for 2025, pelvic health-related or not. Feel free to share in the comments below! And as always, if you found this helpful, don’t forget to like and subscribe so you don’t miss future episodes.

Here’s to a year of intention, connection, and joy. Thanks for watching, and I’ll see you next time!
