Empower Physical Therapy is always accepting applications from clinicians who want to practice differently.

We are a boutique practice specializing in integrated orthopedic and pelvic health care, working with people who often arrive after months or years of unresolved symptoms. Many of our clients have tried other forms of care without finding lasting relief or clarity, and are seeking a more thoughtful, whole-person approach.
​
Our client population is diverse. Some people come to us already active, while others feel disconnected from movement due to pain, fear, past experiences in healthcare, or being told to avoid activity altogether. We see it as our responsibility to meet people where they are and help them rebuild a relationship with movement that feels safe, achievable, and meaningful. Through integrated orthopedic and pelvic health care, we guide clients toward sustainable, long-term activity (not just symptom reduction) so movement can support their ongoing wellness in real, lived ways.

At Empower PT, you’ll work with a caseload that blends orthopedic and pelvic floor presentations, often within the same client. Sessions are one-on-one and one hour, allowing for thorough evaluation, intentional progression, and deep provider–client relationships. Our care is strength-based and movement-forward, while remaining trauma-informed and responsive to nervous system, lifestyle, and psychosocial factors.

Our clinic culture is collaborative, inclusive, and grounded in clear communication. We value clinical curiosity, autonomy, and having the time and support to do your best clinical work. This is a space for clinicians who enjoy complexity, want to think critically, and are motivated to help people expand what they believe is possible for their bodies.
